Plug UR44-C in a IMAC 27 (2017) thunderbolt 3 port

Hello. Is it possible to plug UR44-C with a USB-C cable in a IMAC 27 (2017) thunderbolt 3 port to have a USB 3.1 connection ?

As long as you make sure you have a “real” USB-C / TB3 cable, then no prob.
Some low-cost cables are good only for charging a device, not for data.
