Plugin information scrollbar and switch on-off

Hi,
it would be great to enrich the plugin information with a scrollbar.
I have a lot of plugins installed on my computer.
With VL I only use a maximum of 10 plugins to avoid confusion.
So it is obvious to create here a possibility which plugin are active or inactive, which are loaded or not.
