The option I have is resize gui, is this by design or is it an issue with my system. I updated video driver when I saw the issue which it didn’t fix. The guistill works OK in cubase 13.
It’s a file got corrupted.
Uninstall/Reinstall will probably fix it…seems to work in most cases.

Was able to repair, had to unpack MSI from zip from update, but got GUI back.

(for those with same issue ansd also Nvidea app, had to disable optimisation I tried some time back. Also closed Nvidia App, then rebooted allowing file to overwrite. Nvidea may have stopped something writing on initial update, just for fun it looked like cubase had closed in task manager but when trying initially to repair the Cubase EXE was being held onto by Nvidea as that was also flagged causing locked files I think)
