I has downloaded the packs some time back but couldn’t figure out how to grt them to work in the DAW until I saw video last night that said use the voucher to redeem ,I did that and now it says used on20th that is today but I can still get no sound and it doesn’t play.It has a strange icon.Are these loops audio or midi? how go I get them to play?

You need to authorized it before… as Cubase for example…

My cubase 13,0,30 is already authorised or else how did I get to download the pack in the 1st place. They said use the vouchers to redeem. That also is done. Now what? It still doesn’t play even to audition
