I’m sure I’m not the only one to request this but I wish Dorico for iPad would let me toggle pop-up help bubbles when I hover the pointer (iPad-Pro with Magic Keyboard) over a button that gives a simple name for the button and a keyboard shortcut if one exists. Ditto for the menu items. That would be extremely helpful to me.

At the moment, the Qt framework doesn’t allow us to access the position of the “pointer” from the Magic Trackpad, so we can’t respond to hover events and show tool tips. As and when the framework has support for the Magic Trackpad, we’ll look at implementing this, along with some other improvements we and users are waiting for, like supporting multi-touch drag for scrolling and zooming.
