Possible? Exporting CSV files in frames, rather than TC?

I’m attempting to export a CSV file of voice-over marker start times and durations, however, I need the CSV values to be in frames.
I seem to only be able to export in time code, and the duration is defaulting to seconds. Are there CSV Export or project settings that will allow me to export In/Out/Duration in frames, at 30fps?

For me the export is in frames. Don’t know what might cause this, but as real quick workaround try this:

Open csv in excel, copy the TCs, paste the TCs in Milliseconds, return the TCs in frames with desired framerate, paste TCs in frames to excel, export csv.
