Mac OSX Sonoma 14.1.1. Wavelab 11.2 (build 13)

Just reporting a potential Wavelab bug when rendering with Multi outputs.

I recently completed a render on a Wavelab stereo file and choose to output to 24bit Wave and an MP3 HQ option.

The MP3 file was created showing a playtime of 15.31 mins instead of a correct 3.58 on this particular file. The MP3 file rendered correctly if the option was selected as a single render and not Multi.

Added a couple of image files here to try to show. Anyone else seen this?

I had checked the settings as per the solution reported in a previous post regards Wavelab settings for VBR MP3 rendering. (Images also below).

Thank you for your report. A quick test appears to confirm your findings. It seems that the encoding is correct, but the additional header containing the length data is missing. I will make a note to investigate this issue more thoroughly later.
