Pre Roll glitch in Cubase 10.0.30

Hi guys,
I’m wondering if anyone can help. Ever since 10.0.30, I can’t adjust the Pre Roll values. No matter whether I left or right click, or double click, nothing is happening. I can’t access the values on the transport bar to change the Pre Roll amount.

Any ideas???

I’m also having this problem, i’m only new to the forum. Does Steinberg become aware of these problems and send a fix?
