Preference to stop opening Rack instruments on track select

Is there a preference for this behavior, to stop opening of rack instruments when you click on a track?

If you mean when you ‘add’ a track:
Preferences / VST / Plug-ins / Open Effect Editor After Loading It

…or if you mean in the VST instruments rack (right zone) there’s a preference in the menu under the small star button at top right (settings).
