Prepend tracks with a given value

Using the Project Logical Editor. Is there a way to prepend selected tracks with a value that was entered from a prompt?

For example, I want to prepend the value entered to only the selected tracks.

I’m sorry, this is not possible. The Project Logical Editor cannot handle variables.
