Got an X Touch and had a bunch of problems getting buttons to work properly so I returned it and got a Presonus Faderport 16. Everything seemed to work well except I CANNOT for the life of me get the click button to work. I just spent 3 hrs going 15 rounds with Gemini spinning my wheels, downloaded 2 different scripts from the Cubase forums and while the one fader port script worked, it was designed for only 1 fader so I gained click and lost 15 faders and all 16 scribble strips. This really CAN’T be this hard to fix, is it??? I haven’t even attempted to go any deeper into other buttons and features cuz if I can’t get click, it’s basically only good for stop, start, fast forward/rewind and fader automation. Cubase does not recognize the click button when pressed, it “sees” the FP shift and click, but it doesn’t see that as shift and f6 to customize for control.
