I use the VST3 version of Presswerk. If I change the size of Presswerk under Wavelab Elements 9, only the size of the graphic is change but not the frame of Wavelab. The problem only occurs under Wavelab.
Does this happen in the most recent update (9.1) of Wavelab Elements 9?

It’ s in all versions. According to U-He forum the bug is known and concerns only the VST3 version.
