Pro 13 user, not any vouchers on my account

Logged into my account, no vouchers for the 3rd party goodies. Also not any of my software shows up. (But the products do show up in Download Assistant)

Help please!!

(My email, password are correct. I am using my email that shows in Download Assistant which works fine.)

Why can’t I see the partner products in my Vouchers section?

There may be several reasons why you can’t see any partner products in your Vouchers section.
Please make sure that you have a Cubase 13 license activated in your account. That is the basic requirement to get access to the partner products.
If you have just updated from an eLicenser version of Cubase (Cubase 11 or earlier) to Cubase 13, please make sure that the activation process was completed. You can find more information here: Verification pending
If you have successfully registered your Cubase 13 license and you still can’t see the partner products in the Vouchers section, please be patient. It may take up to 24 hours until your account data is updated.
