Pro Drums content not showing

I have purchased the Pro Drums bundle through Steinberg. I have inserted the download access code in the Download Assistant. I have installed Pro Drums 50s, 60s and 70s. The destination is on an external ssd.
But after downloading about 60gb for a few hours, unfortunately there are no audio files to be found. I open mediabay and find the library, but there is no content. The same applies to the external ssd.
The correct library has been created, but there is no content.
What am I doing wrong? The 60gb must be somewhere???
I hope someone can solve the mystery.

Hi Martin, welcome to the forum!
Please open the Steinberg Library Manager (that is an additional application to be found as a standalone) and see if the content shows up in the correct location.

Hi and thanks for the tip.
I can’t find the Pro Drums library in Library Manager.
However, I discovered that I can’t see the content in MediaBay under the SSD drive itself, but that I should look under VST Sound. The content is there. I can now use it in Cubase. The strange thing is that I can’t see it on the SSD drive. The important thing is: It works

I have a similar problem. All look good, right? Now where can I find the installed content? I should see Pro Drums 50’s, 60’s etc?

Thanks for your time.

Aren’t these folders located in the WIN64 folder?

You download them from the download assistant. They are downloaded to the win 64 folder (download folder) You then click on them to install.
The Steinberg library manger opens with a box asking you where you want to install the content.
If you later want to move this content you can do this using the library manger.

Okay, have it sorted. Needed to reactivate

Yes you are correct, the issue was that I had to reactivate the bundle in the activation manager!!! Go figure, I’m guessing it was because I changed out my c:\ drive?? But it didn’t affect cubase license.

Thanks for your help :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:
