Maybe check out this tool “EdiMarker”

EdiMarker - Import and Export markers from Pro Tools

Create markers in Pro Tools from Excel files or Text files. EdiMarker will load spotting session notes or any other list containing timecodes, footages or minutes:seconds to create Pro Tools markers.
