Problem licensing Dorico Pro 5 Crossgrade

I redeemed my download access code at my Steinberg Account and entered it at the Steinberg Download Assistant, but there are no licenses found in the Activation Manager. Also Dorico Pro 5 Crossgrade does not appear at the SDA. Could someone help?

Nikos, I checked your account, and your Dorico Pro 5 license is showing up there correctly. If you don’t see it under My Product Downloads you can find it by expanding the Dorico category and then choosing Dorico Pro 5, as shown in this picture:

(That yellow highlight won’t appear in the window: that’s just there to help you locate the right item.)

@dspreadbury Dear Daniel, thanks for your reply! I indeed downloaded the Dorico Pro 5, but I get a message of “No License Found” at the SAM when I try to Open the App - (“No license for Dorico found on your computer, so your software cannot run”). When I open separately the SAM I don’t see any licenses there (image attached). When I open My Steinberg account page, I see Dorico Pro 5, and the message that it is not used on any computers. Maybe I’m missing something? Could you please help?

Could it be different emails and accounts?

Update: the license appeared a few minutes ago at the SAM and now working - maybe just had to wait one day…
