Problem on Reactivation of soft-elicense

Already requested a new activation code but still not working. Currently using a different pc but the hard drive from the previous one I’m using is here. also, it says on my Steinberg account that no products found on this eLicenser. What should I do? Thanks!

Most probably your old Cubase has not been registered in your MySteinberg account.

Get in touch with your local Steinberg support or official Steinberg support. They will register your old Soft-eLicenser to your MySteinberg account. Then you can Reactivate.
