Problem routing to my scarlett 18i20 aux output

Hi, i have been trying to set up a headset setup to practice with my band and this is i think the only problem i need to fix to be able to make it work

I’m using cubase 10 and a focusrite 18i20, i want each of the musician to be able to have different output levels for each instrument, for that i made multiples bus with sends

Problem is that i can’t send any audio in other outputs than the main ones being “main out 1/2” on the focusrite

Lets say i want the drummer to hear himself and be able to change his volume without affecting the others, here is what i’m doing :

The Electronic drum is plugged in the computer to control the vsti track (using ggd plug-in)

I use a send to send it in a group track named “Drummer headphones” (it will include all the instruments being send here too for him to hear)

The “Drummer headphones” track is routed to the “Drummer headphones bus” wich is using aux output 7 and 8 from the focusrite 18I20

THERE IS THE PROBLEM, i’m not getting any audio on the outputs 7 and 8 (and every output except “main output 1 / 2”)

THX you in advance if you have any tips / advice to give me, i’m going to try to set this up in Pro Tools but i would really like to make it work in Cubase since its my main DAW xd

I can’t check this right now as I’m not at my DAW, but I have the focusrite Scarlett 18i20 and that definitely works. It’s a routing problem that I had when I first got the Scartlett.
I imagine you’ll have the same problem in Pro Tools as it is a routing problem.
I’ll try and check back later when I’m at my DAW.

So I’m using a Gen 3 for the Scarlett.
In Cubase ( I’m using Cubase 11 for this test ) under Audio outputs in Cubase do you show focusrite usb asio for the outputs.
In the focusrite control panel, under output routing have you made sure the output for 7/8 is unmuted and the level slider is at max in the focusrite control panel ?
