I’m having problem with a very simple task. I have 8 bars of music in 2/4 and I want 4 bars on each staff.
The result becomes fine on the first staff but on the second staff the 4 bars are positioned in the left part of the page.
It doesn’t matter if I use system break or choose fixed number of bars in Layout options.
I don’t get this behaviour in 4/4 or 3/4, there it all spreds even.
Hoping someone can help!
Try going to Layout Options > Note Spacing, and untick “Only justify final system in flow when more than ??% full” (or set the percentage lower than whatever it currently is).
