I guess it is not currently whitelisted. Please see here for instructions for adding VST2.x plug-ins to the whitelist.
If you recently updated UVI workstation you need to uninstall the 5.1 version of the iloksoftware and install the 5.0 or the new beta.
?? 5.1 gets installed with UVI…
