I need Help ! I lost my eLicenser Usb , so i buy a new one from Steinberg. I couldn’t conect the new Usb with my Cubase. In Steinberg site I saw to pick an option that I’v lose my original USB eLicenser.
I made that and my Cubase pro 10 start to work . Today when i start the program - ( “Your Cubese Pro 10 trial license has expired . You cannot use it any longer.” ) …

In my profile in the steinberg site of (software) my Cubase 10 pro is missing , and when i try to put the Download Access Code - “Download Access Code is already consumed by another user. Please contact your local support team” . I dont know what to do …

Your license sits on the old USB-eLicenser. Get in touch with your local Steinberg support please, they will provide you a replacement Activation Code.
