Problem with Cubase LE download-Unknown extension file

Hello,

I’ve bought a Zoom H6 and tried to download cubase LE included in the pack. The downloaded files have a specific extension and I don’t know how I can use them, being not recognised by my PC/windows 10 : Cubase_LE_AI_Elements_9.5_Installer_win.zip.sda-download and Cubase_LE_AI_Elements_9.5_Installer_win.zip.sda-download.aria2

Can you tell me what has to be done to unzip these files ?

Try right clicking on the file and choose “Open With…” then choose whatever program you have installed to unzip them.

Thank you for your help but I’ve tried to unzip these files with winrar and an error message was displayed : archive corrupted. So, I tried to download them again : same result.

Then I tried to open them with winzip : nothing happened !!!

What can I do ???
