Hello, today i purchased cubase elements 10.5(education).
i did all the steps that i read from steingberg’s site but(my mistake)
i forgot to register at my steingberg account from eLicenser.The next step, i formated my pc(for clean and running programm better)
And then installed again cubase and eLicenser and now when i put my activation code says that “the activation code has been used already.An activation code can be used only once to download or upgrade a license.”
PLEASE HELP!
contact steinberg support if your license is not on the dongle
