The case seems simple, I don’t know where I’m making a mistake. When I add a blank page in the middle of a song, the layout is fine, but the page numbers switch places and I don’t know how to fix it? Similarly, I don’t know how to remove an added page. When I click “Remove Overrides in the Pages section action bar.” then the whole arrangement in the piece fell apart. Where am I making a mistake? Thank you in advance for your help.
It sounds like you must have some page overrides, either deliberately or otherwise, in Engrave mode. Are you able to attach your project here so we can take a look at it?

As I thought, every page in your project has an overridden layout, which means that when you add blank pages, all of the existing overridden pages can’t be updated so that the page numbers appear in the right spot. You’ll need to either remove the page overrides, or manually move the page number frames to the appropriate corner of the page.

What I’ve changed:

Put a title text frame back onto the First page template, but made that frame show the flow title, rather than the project title

Added the page number token in outside-edge text frames on the First page template

Made the running header on the Default page template show the flow title, rather than the project title (Dorico should do this by default, unless you’ve started a project from the Hub and unticked "Project will contain multiple flows)

Hidden flow headings (as the flow title is being shown using the First page template, so it doesn’t also need to appear inside the music frame below)

Reduced the height of music frames on the two page templates, First and Default – if you make that edit on the page template, you don’t have to recreate it manually on every page.

Made a custom page template called “First-first” to use for the first flow, in case you didn’t want to show the page number there but did want it on the first page of subsequent flows.

Reset staff spacing for the last system in each flow, so the bottom staff lines are nicely aligned across all pages
The Silence playback template is applied in this project, just to make it smaller for uploading/downloading.
