Problem with Shortcut for filter notes

Hello,
I’m having a problem with keyboard shortcuts for the filtering of notes in chords (third, fourth notes in chords etc). I have shortcuts set up to be Ctrl+Shift+Numpad1 through Numpad4 for first, second, third, fourth notes in chords. The shortcuts don’t seem to clash with any other shortcut. The shortcuts for 1 and 2 work, but 3 and 4 don’t. All the filters work if selected with the mouse from the context menu. I have deleted and re-added the shortcuts, but it doesn’t help. I have also restarted.
The numpad keys on the keyboard work fine. Does anyone have a similar experience or know what the problem might be? I use these all the time, so it would be helpful to fix.
Thanks!

the third and fourth notes functions can be accessed by setting up different shortcuts… the ctrl key seems not to function in that combination (it also isn’t detected on the online Dorico graphical Keyboard shortcuts Viewer) — but it does work with many other shortcuts, and works in other apps… A mystery…

update on this:, I’ve been testing it more:
— ctrl-shift-NumPad3 or Numpad4 work fine when assigned to other commands
— they still don’t work when assigned to filtering third or fourth notes in chords.
— other key combinations can be assigned to third or fourth notes filters successfully.

So I don’t know what is happening with that specific key combination that doesn’t respond for that function… weird.
