Hi,
I am trying to install the Grand 3 sound library. I have downloaded it from Steinberg but when I load the Steinberg Library Manager after the download the Library Manager is pointing to the installation directory of an old location that the files were deleted from some years ago.
I am not able to remove the sounds from the Library Manager or delete them. The Library Manager errors with the text “Make sure the files are accessible and that all processes using them are closed”
I have tried to copy the new files to the old location that the Library Manager points to unfortunately this did not work. When I double click on one of the downloaded sound files the Library Manager loads and errors with the text “No action was performed the corresponding VST sounds are already registered”
I am using Mac OS X 10.13.6 on a mid 2012 Mac Pro. And Cubase Pro 9.5.
