Can you see this library in HALion Sonic SE, please? I would recommend to use it there.

The separate VST plug-in version of Hypnotic Dance has been discontinued. It’s not compatible with the current version of the Hypnotic Dance library, which you should load using Halion.
Please download the latest version of Halion Sonic SE and the Hypnotic Dance library from the Steinberg Download Assistant.
