I purchased a boxed upgrade to artist 10. I have elements 10 and elements le 9.5 on my computer. As instructed I moved my existing license to the steinberg usb before entering my new activation code. Every time I try to complete the procedure I keep getting the same error message " there is no existing license to upgrade". The product I purchased says update from cubease al 6 or higher. I paid $149.00 for this upgrade and have been trying to figure this out for a month now. Any help steering me in the right direction would be much appreciated.
