Problems with presets

Good afternoon. I work with WaveLab 10 Elements and master with this program. I build my presets without problems. But when I reopen WaveLab and want to load my presets, the program closes. I installed the program again, but the problem persists. Will anyone have a solution? Thank you

This is typically caused by a plugin that can’t load. Try to make a preset with safe plugins, such as Steinberg plugins, to see if that makes a difference.

Thanks PG1, there was a conflicting plugin. I uninstalled it and everything was back to normal. My WaveLab is working normally. Kind regards
