Problems with Registration of Cubase 12 Elements in Windows 10

Dear all

Sorry for my bad english. I bought an eLicence of Cubase 12 Elements a couple of weeks ago through the web page and I am finding problems to do the registration. If I go directly to Registration Area and put the Download Acces Coade that I received by mail, this red cross appears and I don´t know how to go ahead:

Does anybody has an advice or suggestion to help me?

Besides, when I download the Stainberg Download Assistant and try to open it, I can´t do it. This is the screen that appears:
