Product safety recall for PA-300C AC adaptor (Steinberg UR824)

YAMAHA Music Europe GmbH recalls the PA-300C AC adaptor, also used by the Steinberg UR824 audio interface.

This recall is limited to PA-300C AC power adaptor manufactured from July 2010 through May 2012. Please visit the Yamaha Europe website for information and help on how to determine whether the power adaptor is impacted and how to replace it.

I have sent the email with all the the informations for the power adapter replacement to yamaha_pa300c_recall@haycomputing.com and I haven’t received any answer or confirmation.
How long does it take to have an answer or the replacement item? I don’t use my UR824 anymore since the announcement and I hope it won’t be too long.
