Products previously activated and working on my new computer (Apple w M3 and latest Sonoma OS) have been disappearing from the drop-down menu in Logic (latest version).
After going through checking things with Steinberg’s download assistant, Steinberg Activation Manager, and checking with Steinberg library manager, which all tell me everything is registered and on my hard drive where everything should be, I’m still missing access to the products. Missing are Backbone 1.5, Retrologue 2, and The Grand.
Does anybody know what could be causing this? And how to fix the problem? With thanks in advance!
