Hi guys,
I have selected the option “Porject autoload” in the hub. So each time I open VST Live, my main project is well opened.
But if I want to open another project by double clicking on the “otherpoject.vlprj” file, VST Live opens my main project instead of opening the other project.
… thank you for the report. We’ll check,
Michael.
… hm. I’ve tried the following steps to get it reproduced.
- Start VL
- New Project
- Select TRACKS
- Add one MIDI Track
- Save Project “MIDI_01” and Close VL
- Start VL, Select Autoload in the HUB
- Double click to “MIDI_01”
… the project will be loaded
- Close VL and Start VL again
… now the “MIDI_01” project will automatically loaded. “Autoload” is working
- While VL is running select “Menu / File / New”
- Select “New Project”
- Select TRACKS and add two MIDI Tracks
- Save project to “MIDI_02”
- Close VL and start VL again
… now the “MIDI_02” project will automatically loaded. “Autoload” is still working.
- While VL is running select “Menu / File / New”
- In the HUB select “MIDI_01” in “Projects” with a double click
… now “MIDI_01” will be loaded.
- Close VL and Start VL
… now “MIDI_01” will be loaded automatically.
So, where is the missing bit to get your problem reproduced?
Thank you,
Michael.
Hi @magicguigui , Hi @Spork ,
May I think @magicguigui clicked his another project in file explorer? Asking, because there is an old one, if clicking a project in file browser (outside of VSTL, even with closed VSTL), it opens application with default action (autoload or hub)
… ah, yes! Sorry. You are right. Let me check,
Michael.
… fixed and ready with the next update,
Michael.
