Project fails to load in Cubase 6.5 ...HELP!

Hi,

I hope someone here can help!

I’'m using Cubase 6.5 (64bit version, on Windows 7, 64 bit, 8GB RAM).

When trying to open projects, some (not all) of my projects crash during the “loading mixer” stage and I’m forced to quit Cubase altogether. Has anyone had this problem and discovered how to fix?

Any help would be really appreciated! It’s driving me mad!

It could be a plug in malfunction…
see if there is a common plug in in the projects that are crashing…
