I am using Eucon and Avid S1s with Dock

Then maybe one of your controllers is refreshing the selected track upon disabling the one as seen in the video? If you disconnect your controllers, the issue remains?

I can’ t work out how the S1 could re select a track as the S1 follows your main GUI track section , I have been on another project and all it fine , I am going to go back and switch off Eucon when it happen again . will update soon Thx

I just quit all Midi App including Eucon , re boot Cubase and it still happing on Large Project .

Then removed Eucon in Studio set up , this does not change anything , in Large sessions track selection just after disable track .
