Wonder if anyone can help I deleted some of my old templates but now when I try and save a new template, Cubase 14 still has a list of old templates which now no longer exist . there must be a pref or file I need to delete so C14 can rescan
Just in case anyone else has this problem, I managed to fix this by deleting “Steinberg MediaBay Server” in pref (on Mac) not sure what else was removed or lost doing this, but by deleting this folder C14 create a new one and everything seems to work as expected
This happens to me also. I’m going to keep looking for an answer.
I found a Rescan of user data MediaBay fixes this
Yeah worked here too. It was showing the Cubase 13 Template folder when saving a template but actually saving to and pulling from the C14 Template folder. Rescan worked.
