Propagate properties to other/all layouts?

Is it possible to automatically propagate note colour settings to other/all layouts?

For example, I want to use colour to highlight an important phrase in the full score layout. This is straightforward enough with the Properties panel. The full score layout shows the colour change, but that colour is not inherited by the corresponding part layouts. Aside from manually colouring the same phrase in each part layout, is there any way to achieve what I want?

The answer’s in the subject, I think! Select the phrase in the score layout and go Edit > Propagate Properties.
