Proplem to write Download Access Code

Hi !
I have a huge problem to write the download code correctly - 25 characters ??
It should not be so difficult :astonished: Should someone have a big or small letter ??

  • “This Download Access Code is not 25 characters long”
  • “Activation Codes consist of 32 characters. Please correct your input”.
  • “Please check your entry”

The Download Access Code should look like this

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

All uppercase.

You’re either not entering the whole code or entering the wrong thing.
