Proposal: Able to close Checking Plug-ins window

Hi!

After having some problems with plugins and having to trigger the Plugin Detection numerous times I have two proposals for improvement:

• The “Checking Plug-ins” window is always on top in Windows, regardless of application you are using. Be good if it was not visible when using other applications.

• An option to Cancel “Plugin detection” when applicable. It takes quite a long time to finish and sometimes you may want to kill it and do some changes and start again.

Yes, we need a way to abort a plugin scan for sure.
