I’m looking to move from my current audio editing program (Sound Studio for Mac). Wondering about one aspect of that program that I use a lot. I can create markers, then highlight a section to playback (or loop) while I work on transcribing that section.
I would imagine WaveLab has that feature?

Yes this is possible. WaveLab has many marker features. There is even one type of marker that is specialized for loops.
