Protools 2019 files into Cubase?

What is the best way to export files from ProTools tracks to bring into Cubase? There are midi and audio files. Also how about vice versa?

Also I am new to Cubase and just purchased Cubase pro 10.5. I was thinking about getting the Izotope music production sweet bundle with the black friday sale, but I was wondering with the new EQ in 10.5 and other plugins that come in Cubase what would be closest to it and if I should hold off.

Thank you!

Hi,

If you are using both MIDI and Audio tracks, then you would need to export MIDI file (for MIDI) and AAF/OMF (for audio).
