I don’t see a feature on Halion SE to purge the sample and reload only the in use notes, thus saving much ram, is there such a thing in Halion…?

Unfortunately Halion Sonic does not have RAM-Save to purge samples.
You will need to purchase Halion 6 to take advantage of that feature.
