Putting slash marks above the ledger lines

When writing lead sheets on Sibelius I used to put slash marks just above the ledger lines, so where a top G would sit in normal notation on the treble clef, to indicate when drums needed to do a hit or when a particular chord was on an off beat. By default the slash notation stays in the ledger lines which doesn’t work for a lead sheet because that’s where the melody of the tune is being written. Is there any way you can change the position of slash notation?

I think you mean the staff rather than “ledger lines”.

There is “Staff pos.” in Properties, which works for both individual notes in a slash voice and slash regions. A value of 5 moves the slashes up above the top staff line.

Oops, yep that’s what I meant. Thanks for helping out that works just fine
