Quantise aghh!

Hi,

Whenever I play a MIDI instrument, all the notes are automatically squashed up to beat 1 of bar 1. Auto quantise is switched off so I am at a loss as to why this is happening?

Any suggestions?

I am on a PC (Win XP). Could you explain what you mean with system timestamp?

The System timestamp is described in the Knowledge Base, I sent you. :wink:

Btw: I know, it’s easy to blame the issue on it, but… Cubase 6 doesn’t support Win XP. (and you are in the Cubase 6 forum, so I suppose, you are using Cubase 6). But the article should solves the problem, I think.

Thanks guys.

I switched on system time stamp and it fixed the issue!

I am using Win XP with Cubase 6.5. It seems compatible (so far) but we’ll see how it goes :slight_smile:

Great, it works!

I know few Win XP and Cubase 6 installation which works fine, and few, which doesn’t at all. So it’s 50/50 for me. :slight_smile:

C6 works perfectly well on XP.

Nobody on this forum has ever said that it does not.
