When entering the drum editor in CB 10 the quantize grid stays at 16th notes. If you change the quantize grid the grid inside drum editor doesn’t change. In using the WANT tool to drag out notes they only appear as 16th notes.
Snap/Grid Type/Use Quantise - from the Drum Editor toolbar.
Now your Quantise will work as you expect it to.
