Quantize in Cubase 12 Pro

Problem. Cubase crashed, and either the cause of the crash or the result, but Quantize no longer works. It works in Midi edit section, but not in the main screen, And it’s not just the project I was working on, but it affects previous projects also. Anyone have a solution please?

Could you try in the Cubase Safe Start Mode [Disable preferences], please?

So I uninstalled Cb and rebooted, and it’s OK now.
