My quantize has stopped cooperating.
When I change the quantize value in the upper list with the mouse. (Or in the Edit zone list) It halves the value I want.
When I do the same thing in the Quantize panel, everything is as it should be.
Is this a bug? Or have I accidentally activated some feature? ( from 1989 that Steinberg forgot existed?)
I noticed that when I tried to quantize with Fixed Lengths to a whole note, it consistently did it to only 3/4 of a whole note. This is a new bug for version 14 Pro.

My key command also work when Im Quantizing.
The problem seems to be in the lists.
Similar problem here. Suddenly, when resizing a midi note it snaps to a multiple of 4 beats - nothing shorter. As I understand it, the note should resize to the grid setting.
Cubase does not snap the end of notes to the grid. It snaps the length of the note.
The snap values are determined by the length setting:
If you want to quantize note ends (aka Note Off) please use this button in the editor’s Inspector:
