Quantizing Audio Track

Windows 10 - Cubase Elements 10.5

I want to quantize an audio track. I found this video on YouTube: 🎚️ How To Quantize Audio Tracks In Cubase 10 - YouTube

As per instructions, he clicks “AutoWarp Quantize” icon. I don’t have that Icon on my project window. And I didn’t find any mention of that function is the manual.

So - is this a feature not available in Elements? Is there another way to accomplish this? Thanks.
