Question about licensing (Cubase /Halion)

I have Cubase Elements 12. It comes with Halion 3 embedded.

Does that mean that I am entitle to a discounted upgrade to Halion 7 full?

I am unsure that the Halion license embedded in Elements is a full license giving right to upgrades. Thanks to the knowledgeable members.

Hi,

There is HALion Sonic SE, not HALion license. You can go get the version 7.
