Questions about entering guitar and notation in Dorico

I’m trying to enter notation from sheet music for a guitar part in Dorico. I’m not very familiar with guitar notation or guitar playing.

I’m not concerned with the engraving aspect, since the piece I’m entering will be exported as midi to my DAW, which will handle the ‘performance’.

I’ve attached an image with yellow highlights that indicate the stuff I’m not sure how to pull off. I’ve included letters by each graphic.

The graphic on the bottom is actually for a violin part, for the same piece.

A: How do I notate that. Doesn’t seem to be a gliss (i.e., it doesn’t slide to another note).
B: X marks the spot! But what does it mean?
C: Is the dashed line supposed to indicate that all those notes are Palm Muted, or am I looking at two different things. (i.e., a palm muted note followed by something else)?
D: How to enter ghost notes?
E: Does the zigzag line represent tremolo, or something else?

Thank you!

For A, I would suggest using the “straight lift” jazz articulation. I’ve no idea what B represents, but I think the only way to handle it will be using a text item (with the Avoid collision property deactivated). The P.M. line does indeed indicate the extent of the palm mute technique. For D, you can right-click the chord and choose to bracket the noteheads from the context menu. For E, tremolo seems like a reasonable guess, but perhaps the original piece comes with a legend that explains these notations? Normally guitar books have a legend (often at the back of the book) that explains all of the special notations.

I believe it is wide vibrato.
